Under a November 2009 memorandum of agreement, the Climate Impacts Group at the University of Washington agreed to provide Seattle City Light with information about climate change effects on regional climate, streamflow, and stream temperature in order to support City Light’s assessment of impacts of projected climate change on operations at the Skagit and Boundary hydroelectric projects and on future electricity load in it’s service territory.
